Brief / Home Connect exists to meet the emerging interest for smart home appliances on the white goods market in the Nordics, where only 20% who buy Home Connect products connect their devices to the platform.
Process / With the results of our research on Home Connect showing that consumers do not consider the benefits of the product strong enough to be worth the effort, indicates that Home Connect must strengthen its benefits in order to survive on the market.
Solution / A concept platform for the Nordic market that works as an assistant for the user’s daily chores, which simplifies the features of Home Connect. To decreases, the amount of effort and makes it easier to understand the benefits. It mainly satisfies their need for saving time and reduce stress, but also gives inspiration when needed.
